Our operations are digitised and we manage the DeCA via <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.transportes.gob.es\/transporte-terrestre\/profesionales-transporte\/servicios-transportista\/documento-electronico-control-administrativo-deca\">Dashdoc<\/a>, our transport management system (TMS)<\/b>, which enables us to centralise documentation and work with up-to-date information throughout the various stages of each consignment.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This adaptation enables us to meet the new requirement with a digital, agile process designed to maintain control and traceability of our customers\u2019 consignments.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0949110 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0949110\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"> What is the DeCA and why is it compulsory?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6021a07 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6021a07\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The DeCA is the Electronic Administrative Control Document which certifies the essential details of public road haulage services subject to this requirement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its mandatory implementation in electronic format is intended to move towards a more digitised document management system, to facilitate checks during roadside inspections and to ensure the availability of information relating to each consignment.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La normativa establece requisitos t\u00e9cnicos para la generaci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n del documento, entre ellos:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Native PDF format: the document must be generated electronically from the application\u2019s structured data, not by scanning a paper document.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>QR code:<\/b> the PDF must include a QR code that provides access to the document\u2019s specific web address.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Availability during inspections: the driver must have a copy of the document containing the QR code, which they may display on an electronic device or carry in printed form in accordance with the established requirements.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Document retention: documents produced must be retained for at least one year, ensuring they remain available.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These requirements are set out in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2026-12784\">Resolution of 5 June 2026 issued by the Directorate-General for Road and Rail Transport<\/a>, published in the Official State Gazette.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-beaca65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"beaca65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Logartour: ready for the DeCA from day one<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-771e2f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"771e2f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adapting to the new documentation requirements does not necessarily mean a sudden overhaul of our operations. At Logartour, we already use a digital management system that allows us to integrate the documentation into our standard transport processes. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our fleet is operating as normal and we manage the DeCA via Dashdoc, thereby avoiding reliance on manual, paper-based processes for issuing and monitoring this documentation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This programme is based on four key aspects:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ceb95da elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ceb95da\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. 100 % digital documentation\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db62194 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"db62194\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The DeCA is generated in native PDF format and includes the required QR code to facilitate access to it during inspections. In this way, we work with digital documents prepared in accordance with the applicable technical requirements. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7988d11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7988d11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. More efficient roadside checks\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9598b3c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9598b3c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fact that the document is available in electronic format makes it easier for the driver to show it on their mobile device when asked to do so during an inspection.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This makes it easier to access documentation and avoids having to rely on searching through physical documents to carry out these checks.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d2eb39 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3d2eb39\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.
